Re our E-consult email service ….

Feel free to phone us any time we’re in the office. If you have an after-hours emergency that just can’t wait until our office is open again, call our service and we’ll get back to you right away.

If you have a non-emergency question, you can also email us using our “E-consult” email address:

We check this account every 2-3 days, so it’s obviously NOT for emergencies, or for any question that requires an immediate response. Again, a phone call (or visit) works best for these issues. But if you have a question about feeding, sleep, or any general issue, email is another way to get in touch.

We also can’t use this site to handle camp or school forms. Those you can drop off or fax (our fax is 516.921.0670).

Keep in mind that one of our doctors will respond, but don’t request a particular doctor when you email. And, once again, remember that this is not a good mechanism for any acute or emergency issues, such as fever or a severe illness.

******** Our E-consult service is being replaced by the ProHealth “Teledoc” system. Until this change occurs we will NOT be able to answer any email questions. We apologize for this inconvenience, but will try to get back online as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience and feel free to call us in the office.
