Let us introduce ourselves

Linda Jacobs, MD ...

… Also known as Mrs. Matt Geller, is a true “Homey,” born and raised in Woodbury (she’s even a former Kidfixer patient), where she still lives with Matt and their 2 adorable children, Sydney and Spencer. “LJ” is a graduate of Lehigh University and SUNY Syracuse Upstate Medical Center, and trained at Brown. LJ is an expert in autistic spectrum disorders. In her spare time, she is a reality TV “junkie.”

William Mesibov, MD ...

… Attended Union College and SUNY Syracuse Upstate Medical Center. After his residency at Maimonides and Kings County Medical Centers in Brooklyn, he served in the Air Force. Dr. Bill has 2 children and a whole bunch of amazing grandkids. When he’s not in the office, you can find him gardening or gourmet cooking for his wife, Barbara (ask him for his famous chicken soup recipe).

Stuart Altman, MD ...

… Is an honors graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and SUNY Brooklyn Downstate Medical Center, and did his residency at Long Island Jewish Hospital. Dr. Stu and his wife, Sherrill, have 2 sons and 3 super cool grandkids.  When not in the office, he enjoys writing (he’s the author of The Kidfixer Baby Book), and he bikes and works out (when he feels guilty).

Lauren Brunn, MD

…Is a Brooklyn native, and graduate of CUNY Brooklyn College, SUNY Downstate College of Medicine, and completed her pediatric residency at North Shore-Manhasset. She is married 19 years to her teen love, Steve, and they have 2 awesome girls, Taylor and Lindsey, who keep life exciting! In her spare time, she is a lover of all things Broadway (ask her to rap some Hamilton for you sometime!), and is an amateur cake baker.

Brittany Andriano, NP ...

… Graduated from the University of Massachusetts in Boston and practiced as a pediatric Registered Intensive Care Nurse for 7 years before completing her Nurse Practitioner degree from Stony Brook University.  When not in the office “NP Britt” enjoys working out, binge watching a good Netflix show, or spending time with friends, family, her hubby, and her BRAND NEW baby, Vinnie! Right now NP Britt is on maternity leave but we hope to see her back in January.

Pamela Bacani, NP...

… Has over a decade of varied pediatric experience. She originally focused on intensive/critical care, including baby heart (cardiothoracic) surgical management, then earned a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner degree from NYU. Since moving to LI, her kid-fixing involves primary and urgent care management. She loves listening to music while exercising and eating breakfast food (sounds messy, no?). Her crazy husband and 2 silly kids keep life busy but fun!
